The daily scrap gold prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked surged higher on Monday, 17th May, 2021 on the ScrapMonster Price Index. The prices of scrap silver and Platinum too edged higher on Index.

In the Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices were up by $ 9.25 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat gold edged higher by $11.86 per Lb. The 22 carat gold scrap prices rose by $14.48 per Oz to touch $ 1,633.18 per Oz. 9 carat gold scrap also edged higher by $ 5.92 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap witnessed a jump of $ 16.04 per Oz to reach $ 893.90 per Oz. Silver scrap prices went higher by $ 0.33 per Oz.

In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices went higher by $ 8.75 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap too went up by $ 11.22 and $ 13.70 per Oz respectively.9 carat gold scrap also increased by $ 5.61 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap saw increase by $ 16.04 per Oz. Meantime, silver scrap prices edged higher by $ 0.29 per Oz on Index.
